How every scope gets delivered

One FCU replacement or a full MEP package. The steps are the same.

    Our team inspects existing condition, available space, equipment and technical requirements.

    Scope & Recommendation

    Required work is defined and recommendations issued from the assessment.

    Planning & Coordination

    Workforce, materials, equipment and activities coordinated to the agreed scope.

  5. 05

    Service Execution

    Approved installation, maintenance, fabrication, repair or fit-out work is carried out.

  6. 06

    Testing & Handover

    Systems and completed works are checked, then the client is briefed on the work performed.

Before you send an enquiry

Do you take on both installation and maintenance work?

Yes. New installation, replacement, modification and ongoing maintenance, including inspection, troubleshooting, repair and component replacement on existing systems we did not originally install.

Can you deliver MEP and fit-out under one scope?

That is why the company is structured this way. HVAC, ductwork, electrical, plumbing and interior works are coordinated by one technical services company, which removes the interface gaps that appear when each trade is subcontracted separately.

Do you fabricate ductwork yourselves?

Yes. GI and PI duct fabrication, supply and installation, including fittings, accessories, grilles and diffusers, produced to the approved project requirements and the space actually available on site.

How is a quotation prepared?

We start from your requirement, then inspect the site to confirm existing condition, available space, equipment and technical constraints. The scope and recommendation come from that assessment rather than from a generic price list.

Which areas do you cover?

All of Dubai, with project support across the UAE. Our office is in the Fatima Mohammad Ahmad Bin Sultan Building, office 201-109, Al Raffa, Bur Dubai.
